About Us

Since 1945, founder Ben Tobin embraced Hollywood?s potential while owning our very own Hollywood Beach Hotel, developing the Hillcrest Golf and Country Club Community, as well as countless other developments.  Third generation, Executive Vice Chairman, Jason Tobin, has also been expanding the family?s vision for over 20 years.  The Tobin Family is very proud to announce the recent development of a beautiful state of the art educational facility, Florida Intercultural Academy Charter School. Although Tobin Properties has been members of the Chamber for decades, they are proud to support the Chamber as Trustees.
