A Carnegie Hall violinist and Manhattan School of Music graduate, Roman later earned an MBA in Finance degree and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, and worked on Wall Street before becoming a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. He now integrates that breadth of resilience and lived experience into his clinical work. His ideal clients are high-functioning adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected — professionals, business owners, older adults, people in recovery, musicians, and creatives. Many come for anxiety, burnout, trauma, grief, chronic stress, addiction, or loss of meaning. Roman specializes in EMDR, Logotherapy, and trauma-focused CBT therapeutic modalities with a collaborative, results-oriented approach aimed at meaningful, lasting change.
