I grew up in Hollywood and am proud to call Hollywood my home. I am a bankruptcy attorney and I am board certified in both Business and Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification. I represent businesses and individuals in all aspects of bankruptcy and insolvency law, including liquidations and reorganizations. My clients include debtors, creditors and bankruptcy trustees. I have been practicing bankruptcy law since I became an attorney in 1997. I am a past president of the Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida, I have authored numerous publications regarding bankruptcy law, and I have spoken at seminars, conferences and webinars about bankruptcy law. I am the Chair of the Bankruptcy Section of the Commercial Law League of America and I am the Co-Chairperson of the Bankruptcy Law Section of the Broward County Bar Association.
