Florida Advocates, A Private Law Firm

I have been practicing law in South Florida since 1998 with Florida Advocates and I am now one of the partners in the firm. I received both my Bachelor of Arts and Doctorate of Law at the University of Florida. While in law school, I served as a law clerk and assistant to the Section Head for the Company Regulation Section of the Florida Department of Insurance.  I practice in the areas of insurance investigation and litigation, reviewing thousands of insurance files each year for coverage and potential litigation, investigating insurance coverage issues, drafting demands and lawsuits against insurance carriers involving a variety of insurance issues. I also lend litigation support for the cases filed. I am a contributing author of Florida Motor Vehicle No-Fault Law, printed and nationally distributed by West Group.  I am currently the Vice-President of the South Broward Bar Association.
