Pamela A. Butler is the owner and operator of CHOICE Permitting & Development Services, LLC. A graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Urban and Regional Planning, she began her career as a City Planner with the City of Hollywood, Florida.
Pamela has served on Hollywood's Development Board and has held the position of Development Coordinator for a private land development firm for over 20 years.
Specializing in development entitlements, permitting, and regulatory coordination throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties, Pamela brings extensive public- and private-sector experience, strong municipal relationships, and a comprehensive understanding of the development approval process.
