In this dynamic LeadHER Collective, we’ll get real about what it means to navigate the "did they really just say that?" moments with clarity and power. You’ll walk away with tools to:
• Recognize microaggressions and call them out (without calling yourself out of your worth)
• Respond with confidence—not compliance
• Educate and set boundaries without draining your energy
• Shift the culture—because silence doesn’t build empires
As women business owners, we’ve heard it all—

Or the classic: “You’re too emotional to lead.”
So, we’re flipping the script on “just ignore it” and stepping fully into our leadership. This conversation will be equal parts strategy, solidarity, and sisterhood.
